Back in Action

I know I have been MIA for a long time but I am thrilled to have returned to the blogging world... I'm back and better than ever.

There has been lots of changes over the past year in the affiliate marketing world and over the next few weeks I will be covering some of the hottest topics in the affiliate marketing world.

Let us first go back to the basics and take it from there...

It is no brainier that starting out isn't always easy or necessarily cheap for that matter. So, I thought I would dedicate my first post to new, potential, and fellow affiliates all around the world.

Finding a unique and effective advertising campaign can be costly but there are ways to create keep costs down until you start to bring in revenue.

An easy way to advertise is simply by implementing a signature into your outgoing emails or into your forum posts. No one wants to spammed so always write something of interest and relevance to your readers. All you need to do is go into your "options" section in your email or forum control panel and add a link to your website. This way people can click, at their own free will, and instantly be directed onto your site. From then on, every email or post will be attached to your link you created. Talk about easy as 1,2,3!

There are also many free classified sites available that allow you to advertise without be looked at as spam. You can post your advert and have it visible to high amounts of traffic that click on such sites in search for particular advertisements.

These techniques may seem obvious but it is important to know many affiliates have seen great results using free advertising techniques, such as the ones mentioned above. Once your budget increases, you can move up to several other forms of advertisement such as newspaper and magazine articles, opt in email programs, and even pay per click programs.

Remember, time is money... Your hard efforts always pay off in the end.
